Hi, my name is Dillon Roller and I am the sole founder of Roller Nutrition. My passion for a healthy lifestyle began senior year of high school. I quit my ambition of playing college baseball when I discovered CrossFit. I fell in love with the sport and never looked back since. I am currently a CrossFit Coach/Personal Trainer out of Acworth, GA. Protein supplement intake has always been an importance to my life knowing it is required to build muscle and stay healthy. Creatine was another supplement I came to realize was crucial to have in my daily regimen. The benefits of creatine out way any other supplement.
